Europe alive thanks to wiretaps that U.S. intelligence services have set up foreign politicians. Angela Merkel has even said that “spying between friends is unacceptable,” and undermines trust. The German Chancellor has agreed to Radoslaw Sikorski, noting, however, that eavesdropping is not unusual. – We assume that the main countries conduct electronic intelligence (…), but this hardly anyone admits. In an interview with the Polish Radio Programme, the First Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that the case of U.S. wiretapping, revealed by the “Guardian” result of information provided by Edward Snowden, has already achieved the status of a scandal, and certainly undermines the trust that should unite allies. Sikorski noted, however, that the conduct of electronic intelligence is nothing unusual. – Also we invigilates – said the minister.
Therefore, as said Sikorski, Poland should primarily take care of “the security of their systems” – It’s a constant battle between our technology, our systems and technological progress of those who are trying to eavesdrop , not a week goes by that the Polish, government installations there was some attempts to enter, so they are specialized cells, we do it as we are the best – said the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
